Mr. Olufunso Akinlolu-Ojo

Mr. Olufunso Victor Akinlolu-Ojo is a strategic and results-oriented human resources professional, management consultant, and business administrator with over three decades of experience in HR management, manpower outsourcing, business consulting, project management, and marketing. He currently serves as Executive Director, HR / Administration at Network Oil & Gas Limited. He has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR, manpower, and administrative strategies that support organizational goals, improve employee engagement, and strengthen operational efficiency. His areas of expertise include talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, industrial and labour relations, community relations, transport, logistics, facilities management, project sourcing, and bidding support. Mr. Akinlolu-Ojo holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Benin and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Wellspring University, Benin City. He is a SHRM Certified Professional, a Certified Project Manager, an HR Licensed Practitioner, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He is also affiliated with leading professional bodies, including the Society for Human Resource Management, USA; the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria; the Nigerian Institute of Management; and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He has attended several management trainings, and conferences within and outside Nigeria. Beyond his corporate leadership role, he serves as Project Director of Arise Africa Entrepreneurship Foundation, where he supports structured philanthropic initiatives for the less privileged.
