Iyoha Emmanuel Osemudiamen is a seasoned project and facility management professional with over 20 years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. He has extensive expertise in project management, facility commissioning, operations management, personnel development, team leadership, and productivity optimization. He has successfully managed the commissioning and operation of major oil and gas facilities, including the Integrated Gas Handling Facility at OML-111, Ologbo, owned by NEPL. He also superintended the construction of a 100MMScfd / 10,000bpd early production facility for the delivery of natural gas into the Escravos-Lagos Pipeline System and recently participated in a drilling campaign in the shallow waters of the Niger Delta, Akwa Ibom State. Mr. Emmanuel began his career with Shell Petroleum Development Company after intensive technical training in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where he served as a Production Operator with strong safety and productivity records. His experience includes the successful commissioning and operation of the 1BScfd Gbaran-Ubie Central Production Facility in Bayelsa State and the Soku-to-NLNG gas supply de-bottlenecking project. He is skilled in personnel management, training coordination, team building, resource optimization, and effective project delivery. He ensures the efficient use of manpower, machinery, funds, and time to achieve optimal production and organizational growth, while maintaining safety and productivity standards. He has also participated in professional programmes, conferences, and seminars organized by the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. Mr. Emmanuel is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at the University of Benin. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering / Production Management from the University of Benin, a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Management from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom, and a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.
